How to use it?

Cleanse your skin thoroughly as the first step
Apply the Retinol cream to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area and mucous membranes
Introduce gradually: start with 1 to 2 times a week and increase frequency to daily use if the skin tolerates it

In the first 4 weeks, you may notice redness, itching, or flaking — this is normal as the skin adjusts to retinol. Optionally combine with a restorative cream such as the Ceramides Cream.

Usage

Gebruiksaanwijzing

Reinig de huid eerst met een reiniger om make-up en onzuiverheden te verwijderen.

Breng de 0.3% Retinol Cream aan op de gereinigde huid, vermijd het oogcontourgebied en slijmvliezen.

Voer de crème geleidelijk in je routine in: start met 1 tot 2 keer per week en verhoog de frequentie naar dagelijks gebruik als het goed verdragen wordt.

In de eerste 4 weken kan je lichte roodheid, tintelingen of schilfering ervaren. Dit is een tijdelijke aanpassingsfase (retinisatie). Breng in dat geval een herstellende crème aan na de behandeling.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen

Retinol maakt de huid gevoeliger voor de zon. Gebruik overdag altijd een breedbandige zonnebescherming. Vermijd gebruik bij intense zonblootstelling. Bij een oncomfortabel gevoel na de eerste toepassingen, spreid de toepassingen dan verder uit. Als voorzorgsmaatregel wordt gebruik tijdens de zwangerschap niet aanbevolen. Uitsluitend voor uitwendig gebruik. Niet inslikken. Vermijd direct contact met ogen en slijmvliezen. Bij accidenteel contact, grondig spoelen met water. Bewaren bij een temperatuur onder 40°C.

Wat is het verschil met het Retinol 0.15% Serum?

De 0.3% Retinol Cream bevat een dubbele concentratie retinol en is bedoeld voor een meer intensieve vernieuwende behandeling. Het is ideaal voor wie al gewend is aan retinol of een foto-verouderde huid heeft. Het 0.15% Serum is het ideale instapproduct.

Is deze crème geschikt voor gevoelige huid?

Nee, de 0.3% Retinol Cream is niet aanbevolen voor gevoelige huid. De hogere retinolconcentratie kan irritatie veroorzaken. Kies in dat geval voor het Retinol 0.15% Serum als instapproduct.

Wanneer gebruik ik deze crème?

Uitsluitend ’s avonds. Retinol maakt de huid gevoeliger voor UV-straling, dus gebruik overdag altijd een breedbandige zonnebescherming. Vermijd gebruik bij intense zonblootstelling.

Kan ik deze crème gebruiken tijdens de zwangerschap?
