Flow Cosmetics Strawberry Milk Mask – hyaluronic acid, gentle glow & pore refinement
Hydrating, brightening, and gently purifying—this 2-in-1 powder mask combines low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (hydration & smoothness) with enzymatic exfoliation from white willow bark and French pink clay for a fresh, even complexion. Ideal as a glow-boost or weekly reset for normal, dry, combination, and mature skin.
What it does for your skin
Deep hydration & smoothness thanks to low molecular weight hyaluronic acid; helps to visibly soften fine lines and supports the skin barrier.
Gentle, enzymatic exfoliation (white willow bark, natural salicylates) for a brighter look and pore-purifying effect—without harsh scrubs.
Gently purifying & soothing: French pink clay + aloe and (Finnish) strawberry help the skin feel comfortable and fresh.
Fine texture: powder that you mix fresh with water or rosewater; works for multi-skin types and provides an instant glow.
Who is it for?
Normal, dry, combination, mature skin that wants glow + hydration.
For dull complexion, early fine lines, visible pores or post-summer reset.
Also often well-tolerated by sensitive skin due to gentle enzymatic exfoliation (build up slowly).
Results you feel & see
Immediately: fresher glow, softer skin.
After 2–4 weeks (1–2×/week): more even texture, refined pore appearance, comfortable skin feeling.
Strawberry Milk Mask is made from these active ingredients:
- Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is a powerful, moisturizing ingredient that can penetrate deep into the skin tissue. Helps smooth wrinkles and fine lines, promotes normal skin barrier function, improves skin texture, and reduces pores.
- White willow bark is a natural source of salicylates, provides enzymatic exfoliation and helps combat excessively oily skin.
- Arctic strawberry is rich in vitamin C, brightens, improves collagen production, prevents inflammation and protects against external factors such as environmental damage.
- Aloe Vera is hydrating and softens the skin's healing and elasticity.
- Coconut milk powder is rich in vitamins such as C and E. It is hydrating and softens the skin.
- French pink clay is rich in minerals, absorbs impurities, gently cleanses, and strengthens capillary vessels (works against couperose).
- Rice powder has an immediate brightening effect and provides smooth, porcelain skin.
How to use the Strawberry Milk 2:1 Mask
Use a face mask to supplement your skincare routine. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.
As a hydrating mask: Mix 2 teaspoons of powder and 1-2 teaspoons of water to a smooth mixture. For extra hydration: add 1 teaspoon of oil to the above recipe. Apply to a clean face, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for about 10 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and apply a skincare product.
Enhance the hydrating effect of the mask by placing a damp, warm towel or muslin cloth on the face during use.
As a mild facial scrub: Mix 2 teaspoons of powder and 1-2 teaspoons of water to a smooth mixture. For extra hydration: add 1 teaspoon of facial oil to the above recipe. FAQ
FAQ
1) Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes—the mask exfoliates enzymatically(gentler than scrubs) and uses pink clayinstead of harsher clays. Start 1×/week, with a shorter application time, and prevent it from drying out completely.
2) Can I combine this with AHA/BHA or retinoids?
Yes, but not in the same routinefor sensitive skin. Alternate evenings: one evening this mask, the other evening your active serum/retinoid. Always use SPF during the day.
3) Does it help with blemishes or shine?
The willow bark salicylateswork to purify poresand regulate sebum, but mildly—pleasant for combination/oilier T-zones that easily get irritated.
4) How long should I leave it on?
±10 minutes. Do not let it dry completely(as it can draw out too much moisture). Keep it comfortably moist with a mist.
5) How often per week is ideal?
1–2×/weekis sufficient. For very dry/sensitive skin: start with 1×/weekand a shorter application time.
6) Can I customize it?
Yes. Mix with rosewaterinstead of tap water for extra mildness, or add 1–2 drops of oilfor comfort.
7) Visible pores—can I really expect a difference?
Your pore size won't structurally change, but enzymatic exfoliation + claycan reduce buildup, making pores appear less visible.
8) Does it smell like strawberries?
It contains strawberry components, but the scent is subtle/natural—no synthetic fragrances.
9) Is it vegan/cruelty-free?
As a Finnish natural cosmetics brand, Flow Cosmetics is vegan/cruelty-free oriented. Always check your local label/INCI.
10) What step follows after the mask?
Rinse → hydraboost(e.g., HA/B5) → barrier cream; SPFduring the day. This secures both glow and comfort.
