What does it mean when you say your products are organic?
COOLA adheres to the standards of the California Organic Products Act (COPA)—the strictest standards in the country for organic personal care—which require that at least 70% of every formula be made from certified organic ingredients. This commitment to being Always Organic still allows for other sustainably made, laboratory-sourced ingredients at clinically effective levels, while adhering to our clean no-lists and organic guidelines.

How to use
Shake well before use. Hold the bottle four to six inches from your scalp/hair and spray evenly along your scalp, hairline, and/or hair using the targeted spray nozzle. Distribute evenly with a comb or your fingers and let dry. For those with sensitive skin, test on a small area before use.

Does this contain allergens?
Every COOLA formula is tested for HRIPT (Human Repeated Insult Patch Testing). A repeated insult patch test can help identify potential irritation or sensitization issues, minimizing potential reactions for the consumer. This is a safety evaluation tool. Furthermore, all our products are soy- and nut-free.

How often should I reapply my sunscreen?
Sunscreen should be reapplied at least every two hours of sun exposure if you stay dry. If you swim or even sweat, reapply after the water-resistant time, which is 40 to 80 minutes, depending on the product. Finally, don't forget to reapply after towel-drying to ensure thorough sun protection!

Our fragrances are naturally derived, with all ingredients extracted from plant sources. We do not use synthetic fragrances in any of our products.
